Joshua was born and raised in La Mesa, CA. He went to Helix and Mt. Miguel High Schools, graduating from Mt. Miguel in 1998.
He graduated from Cal State Fullerton in Spring 2004 with a BA in International Business, emphasis marketing. He has had a role in Brown&Brown ever since. At first it was in a marketing capacity, but later he realized his true calling was helping people purchase their first home and subsequently helping them build wealth through further Real Estate investing.
In the six years he has been paying close attention to the Real Estate market, Joshua has come to realize that Real Estate takes perseverance and adaptability to be, and stay, successful in this business. The process of buying and selling San Diego Real Estate is relatively easy, creating the perfect scenario for each individual situation is the challenge that he loves.
“A perfect investment for one situation can spell disaster for another,” says Joshua. ”There are about a million factors in any Real Estate transaction. My job, at the end of the day, is to make sure a person feels like their life is better because they worked with me.”
Although Joshua helps clients from all of San Diego to across the nation, he still currently resides in La Mesa.
